Hi GrabVN_QThoai, please consult your teammates in editing a time-based turn restriction. There is ONLY ONE LINE "restriction:conditional". If you put two lines with there will be an error "relation with multiple restriction values" and the routing engine read only the permanent no_u_turn. That means time-based will not working.

Mà anh dùng editor của riêng anh nên mình không biết có hiện warning như OSM-ID khi anh xóa quá nhiều đường như vậy hay không. Ở các changeset sau tôi đã comment về việc anh đã xóa quá nhiều tuyến đường quan trọng ở ngay nội thành Saigon, Hà Nội luôn.

This Hòa Hảo (from Nguyen Tri Phuong to Nguyen Duy Duong) allows direct for car from (22:00-06:00)

Hi, this road only prohibit car from Phan Dinh Phung to Truong Sa. The way around is allow for car. Please check the streetview from Truong Sa (10.795307398601, 106.68459242535). There's a ban sign but it's a truck ban not car.
