Winnebago County, Illinois, USA. Spring Brook Rd. changes its name south of Spring Creek Rd. to Spring Brook Ave. The map is correct, but there is no Spring Brook Ave. on the app, so it isn’t possible to use an address there as a start or end point.

Are you saying the map you see on OSM is correct but an app you are using is not showing the same info?
If so, you should be able to update the map in whatever app you are using
