Paths & fences round here need a follow up survey. There is a right-of-way supposedly in the area, but it may not exist as a path. The area is seamed with paths and waymarking is vestigial or non-existant. As much of the land is remediated industrial/railway land original PRoWs may not exist on the ground.

There is a well used path heading NW from this point

This small street is called Shoredale Close, and is not a through road for traffic but is for pedestrians

There is a new building and car park here, but I'm not sure of its dimensions.

New accommodation buildings here (and felled trees), but unsure of dimensions.

Only pedestrians and cyclists (a small marked path on the floor) can pass from shearer street into havelock place, no cars
