I think you just need one line encompassing the area bounded by Federal Hwy, Phillip Ave and Antill St. The 'name=residential area' is not needed as the landuse tag gives that info.

Hi, Josm picks up 7 overlapping landuses here. If you do it more carefully and follow the fencelines and not join to roadway centre lines it be more useful.

You have added the business details to the whole building. If the business is one of many businesses operating from the building you should add the business details to a separate node within the building footprint in a similar manner to the other businesses located here.

I added oneway:foot=no to the small eastern end segment of the Old Farm Track as wiki suggests, but as it is only 40m long you could delete the oneway tags if necessary.

Strava lists the whole section by many members but I don't use Strava enough to know how to use it, download it or follow it.

This would prevent routing from the Main Fire Trail to Myrtle Gully Track via this section of the Old Farm Track. Should the one-way be deleted for hikers on that section?
