Hi
I downloaded the geojson from here
https://data.gov.au/dataset/ds-dga-6bedcb55-1b1f-457b-b092-58e88952e9f0/details?q=psma%20qld%20suburb
opened in QGIS and saved as a shapefile and found that the OSMI geometry errors were just a couple narrow strips of land that were simplified by merged nodes, So I used the shapefile to fix up. It looks fine now.

Hi
I think you need to outline the area that is still under construction in MBRC area with landuse=construction

Hi, welcome to the OSM.
I notice you are not adding a primary tag to your edits to tell the map what is is you are mapping and how to render it.
For example:
The Thirsty Camel seems like a pub, so give it the correct tag...
amenity=pub
The Centrelink office likely to needs office=government
The Glenorchy War Memorial Pool needs leisure=swimming_pool
etc
It may help to do an internet search for something like...
openstreetmap swimming pool tag as part of your editing until you become more familiar.

Hi Xebozone
I don't think we have permission to use the Landgate dataset to map the OSM.
The dataset is not mentioned in our data catalogue osm.wiki/Australian_data_catalogue
This means your changesets may need to be reverted unless you can obtain the necessary permission.

A few points about your mapping.
When mapping houses we draw the outline of the building footprint and tag as a building.
I think you have mapped the individual land plots the houses occupy. This in not commonly mapped in OSM, probably due to the dataset not being readily available to OSM mappers.
There is a plot tag place=plot but see the warning discouraging such tags.
If you wish to define the boundaries of each block of land a good way to do it is the map the fences from satellite images using barrier=fence as this is verifiable and not dependent on third party land boundary sets.

Thanks for the explanation.

Hi
welcome to the OSM.
The caravan park you added appears to be drawn over many private residential lots and occupied the entire block.
Has the business occupied the entire block now? or should the area be redrawn to only depict the true extent of the business?

Hi
welcome to the OSM.
There are a few problems with your edit.

You have given Hume Hwy as the address but the main road in this area is named Liverpool Road. The Hume highway ends where it crosses the railway a bit west of here.

OSM does not abbreviate Highway to Hwy.

Phone numbers in Australia should be added according to the following format +61 x xxxx xxxx, (+61 xxx xxx xxx for mobiles) or use the phone:AU key if a 1300 or 1800 number as per the wiki guidelines osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines

You also need to add a primary tag so the map know what to display on the map. eg office=company. You could use something like https://osmybiz.osm.ch/#/9/-27.49122/152.67700
or https://www.onosm.org/# to initially help adding your business in to the OSM with suitable tags.

Hi
welcome to OSM.
Adding a name to a road node is not suitable.
I have reverted your change.
Please use something like https://osmybiz.osm.ch/#/9/-27.49122/152.67700
or https://www.onosm.org/# to initially help adding your business in to the OSM with suitable tags.

Hi,
these are not named, only the roadways carry the street name.
It is not ok to name the footways in this manner.

Hi
there is an OSMI problem here and seems to me likely to be related to simplifying of the boundaries triggering the geometry error.
http://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=areas&lon=153.09379&lat=-27.51818&zoom=12
Are you able to use the original dataset to check and correct thanks.

Hi
you have repeated the same tags on both the relation and the inner and this is not allowed in multipolygon relations.

Hi
One of the buildings you added covers the footprint of several buildings and adjacent land.
Building polygons are only meant to be of individual buildings and not include surrounding land. If you are trying to encompass an area of related units in a development complex or similar use landuse=residential and give the development a name if it has one or just mark the fence boundaries to separate it from the other individual houses. Then draw the individual building polygons for each structure like you did with the other two houses.

Seems to be remnants left from the Great Barrier Reef polygon.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NNpdiFkzaubXycuyTzhnbp5gkJfKLHHw/view?usp=sharing
It may be another mapper that caused it

92284183 about 5 years ago

Hi
your changes seem to have caused a problem in this area.

http://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=areas&lon=142.52957&lat=-10.90148&zoom=12

https://nrenner.github.io/achavi/?changeset=92284183
Due to very wide area of the changeset the achavi link takes a while to display the changes.

92680176 about 5 years ago

I have now reverted your edit as it damaged the map and you added no useful information for your business.

92680176 about 5 years ago

Hi
you seemed to have changed a landuse=retail area that contains many individual buildings in to a single building polygon and labelled with your own business premise tags.
It would be best to leave the area as landuse=retail area and just add a single point or poi with your business listing tags located over the building you operate from.

Hi ando2631
I added the gate and marked access=private on ways and gate.
Thanks
