When you finish doing random things in your park, can you delete this as the OSM is public and meant for genuine verifiable items, unless this is a public park signed as Random Park.

Hi
I added the tag highway=footway to the footway at the end of Chartley Street.
While you are in the area can you check the footway from Eaton Close as it goes through a house and seems out of place.

Yes, I remember shifting down the street to see them now. Keep up the excellent mapping :)

This is a public map. It seems you have added private details of you friends houses lately. If so, they should be deleted.

These 3 businesses still appear on another well known map. Should this changeset be reverted to reinstate them?

This looks correctly mapped now. Perhaps you could add bicycle=yes if you think suitable. Routers take longer to update their data than the standard layer of the osm.

I have reverted the fantasy type edits.
You are encouraged to keep mapping :)
The OpenStreetMap is only for mapping those things that really exist on the ground and is a public map.

Please remove your edits as this is a public map and not suitable for childrens fantasy games.

You need a physical presence on the ground like a shop to enter your business details into the OpenStreetMap. You have placed a node over what appears to be a house but you have only entered PO, phone and website details.
If customers can contact you at this site or at a shop, then enter the address details and place the business there, otherwise your listing is only suited to Google Maps.

Can you tell us why you deleted them, CD123?
Was it an accidental deletion?

53980037 about 8 years ago

This type of listing of a business without a physical address is unsuitable for the OpenStreetMap. You need to use the Google map for that instead.

The tag 4wd_only=recommended is derived from the Australian Tagging Guidelines:
osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines#Unsealed_and_4wd_Roads_.28Dirt.2C_Gravel.2C_Formed.2C_etc.29

Hi
you will likely find that using DigitalGlobe Standard Imagery will give you the latest imagery if needed.

Thanks tonyf1
I shifted the tags to the correct location node.

53863900 about 8 years ago

Hi
I shifted the node for your business off the centre of Newcastle Street to the nearest building. Can your relocate it to the correct building that your occupy and not on to the street. I also added craft=locksmith to your tags. Actually tagged the type of office, shop or craft seems to be the most common omission with seo edits but a long spammy description is never missed :(

53836607 about 8 years ago

Please ignore, I seee there may be a reason for this edit, considering your other prolific edits.

53836607 about 8 years ago

That is not the way to add an address to the map. Please have a read of the osm beginner guides
