Welcome and thanks for contributing to OpenStreetMap (OSM). OSM is the real map of the world. The data we add in OSM should be ground truth and not fantasy mapping which is not on the ground. I have seen your edits which are not appropriate, make sure you add valuable data not fantasy data.

The buildings=apartments you have edited seems inappropriate, the buildings should be traced properly the edits you made has been overlapping the ways and touching the nodes which is not a good practice. Please clean up the buildings you have added and trace properly, Otherwise I will go ahead and clean those buildings.

It is great that you got back , Since OpenStreetMap is a crowdsourced project and it is not great to delete other work without any proper reason and cause. So, as per your message it is still existing so it is not good to delete , instead you can add `access=private` tag as you are saying it is private (wiki:access=private).
