yeah, i agree with coykoi too. This is low-grade vandalism. And any amount of "whataboutism" will not change that. I've found about 20 of these across auckland, which probably means 100s over the country. That's not OK, continue and I will ask OSM to block your account and IP address from editing.

This is not part of the LINZ import, it is completely separate and significantly different. LINZ is a central government department which handles land packets, this appears to be (correct me if I'm wrong), building outlines, from Auckland Council.
