Tidied the Belmont Loop to "terminate" at Church Street

Split Church Street in Malvern, to accommodate the point at which the bus routes di/con verge.

Continued collecting the 44 route variants under one route_master relation.

Added the "Short Terminal Loop" for the 44 Bus

Truncated the 44 Malvern->Worcester bus to start at Church Street, as this seems a suitable place to handle the various bifurcations.

Decided to cut the 44 W->M service back to Graham Road, to better capture the commonality of its route variants

Moved MH Food Bank to Grove Junior School, its temporary location from 2013-09-02
