Yep, good point, some of those tags can be removed since it is really not a working water post. I see you already removed some tags, I removed some more from this node and from a few other nodes which were similar.

That node is not a water post at all. I have gone physically through all the HSY waterposts and they are shown in this map with images: http://www.polkupyoraily.net/hsy-vesipostit . There was a few water posts originally in HSY maps which were not public water posts at all. That node was one of them. So you can not get any water from that one, there is no handle or any way to get water pouring out like in other working water posts. Thus the disused tag. Node could be also removed completely since it is not water post but better to keep it in disused state that nobody will add it back as a working water post.

I am not sure what these couple of "water posts" like this node really are, maybe they are some really ancient waterposts that you was able to get water from them like tens of years ago but nowadays those are not working.
