About LBG: The fuel tag doesn't distinguish between sources of the fuel, only about their type. I assume LBG is fully compatible with LNG, so I recommend using the normal tag. In the future we might add another tag like fuel:lng:source to note it's biogas.

About payment: If you check the documented fuel cards, you see that there is no real consensus about adding 'card' or not. I'd recommend to add it "if it sounds better" or there might be some confusion. If "kort" is part of the official name, use it. If not, I'd rather use the english term "_card".
