diese payment Tags gibt es sonst nirgends. Bitte schau im Wiki nach üblichen Tags und benutze diese.

The description I got sounds a lot like a usual 'check_date' (possibly with a suffix).

In the meantime we got 4 different tags for the same thing.

You used many 'recycling' tags here that are not used in any other place.
In OSM we have to use a well-defined set of tags to allow all the software tools to understand the data and e.g. show it on maps.
Please make sure that you only use tags that are documented in the Wiki or are available as presets in your editor.

das Tag footway:oneway ist unnötig.
"oneway" bezieht sich immer nur auf Fahrzeuge, nicht auf Fußgänger.
Außerdem wäre das bessere Tag dafür "oneway:foot" und analog dazu "oneway:bicycle".

Interesting. I don't really see a reason for this. First, what's wrong about having the wikidata link on both objects, that makes it easier to find and also links the two objects with one another.
Second, the tag "river:wikidata" doesn't fit. The construct of "TAG:wikidata" is used to give the wikidata ID of TAG. There is no 'river' tag, so there shouldn't be a wikidata link for it.
