You're right, it seems that we really don't have a documented tag for this case.

If it was me, I would choose something like 'loadrating' instead of 'maxload'. This would fit a bit better into the current terms like 'weightrating'.

Does this gas station actually exist?

Does "lifting capacity" include or exclude the vehicle itself? Is it just the load or the total of vehicle plus load?

I'm not familiar with the specific Russian rules, but the symbol looks identical to the British sign for 'maxweighrating':
maxweightrating=*.

Sträucher sollten außerdem ein "natural" Tag bekommen.

Keys like "traffic_sign:maxweightrating" are not used in other places. You can use the common 'maxweightrating' key here as there is no need for a namespace.

Compare to the very common 'maxspeed' on traffic_sign nodes, we don't use a namespace there either.

Sowohl unter Key:image als auch unter Key:wikimedia_commons steht ausdrücklich, dass es Bilder auf Wikimedia nur mit ihrem Dateinamen verlinkt werden.
"ein Wikimedia Commons Dateiname (formatiert als File:image.jpg)"

URL oder URI in Key:image sind erlaubt, aber auch nur mit der Einschränkung, dass sie wenig nützlich sind aufgrund fehlender Attributierung (die bei Wikimedia immer gegeben ist).

Die Darstellung als Link oder das Einbinden als attributiertes Bild ist dann Sache der Anwendung (in diesem Fall deiner Datenaufbereitung nachdem du sie von Overpass bekomen hast), aber nicht die Sache der OSM-Datenbank, der Overpass API oder von umap.

In diesem Fall hat eure Export-Software einen Fehler und muss geändert werden.
Wir können nicht das Tagging an jeden Bug in jeder Software anpassen.

Der direkte Link zu den Bildern in "wikimedia_upload" ist ebenfalls nicht gut - so fehlt die komplette Attributierung und alle Lizenzangaben. D.h. das Bild darf mit dieser URL nirgends eingebunden oder angezeigt weden, weil das in der Regel ohne Attributierung nicht erlaubt ist.

In wikimedia_commons gehört nur der Dateiname, nicht die komplette URL. Das steht auch im Wiki so.
Du kannst auch gut sehen, dass der Wert so wie er jetzt ist, immer noch korrekt ist - der Link funktioniert nämlich:
