Thanks!

The tags you used were unique and showed up in the list of keys that didn't exist two days before:

I just found these two relations - they have many tags that are used in no other place. But I also see that this data seems to come from a source under cc-nc-by? This can't be used in OSM, because it's incompatible with ODbL.

Hi,
please check the tagging of this node - the actual helipad is already mapped right next to it

Hi,
please watch out for the correct spelling of keys, it's 'name:oc', not 'name_oc'. I just fixed 50 of those.

Hi,
could you check this relation? It got many emuia:... tags that are only used in this one place.

Ah gut. Es gibt nämlich auch sidewalk=separate, aber das hätte nicht gepasst hier.

Hi,
what does 'area_mapped' mean? This tag is not used in other places.

Hallo,
das Tag "sidewalk:right:separated" gibt es sonst nirgends. Was bedeutet es?

90552610 over 5 years ago

Hi,
please check the tags on the four 'tamples' you added - please use only those tags that are provided by the editor or are described in the Wiki.
E.g. this node:
node/7885559830

Thanks!

Hi,
please check the tags you added on schools - several of them are not common and not used in other places. Please try to find common, documented tags instead:

Pin=695008
Rural_Urba=Urban
School_Cat=Primary

e.g. the first one is 'addr:postcode' and the last one is 'school'

'height_requirement' is used just 7 times, all by you.

Where did you find 95 different types of maxheight? 'maxheight' just states the limit of the height of the user of a feature - exactly what is needed here.
"maxheight:attraction" is semantically wrong, because it limits the height of the attraction (compare: "maxheight:hgv")

Could we have this discussion on the mailing list? There everybody can contribute and discuss more easily.

Could you check this node, it got a strange 'location' tag:

Hi,
could you check some of the areas? They have only foreign tags and are not part of any relation:

I agree that 'min_height' is ambiguous.
That's why I wrote 'minheight' in my comment.
This tag is:
- used 40 times, only on attractions, referring to people's sizes
- coherent with existing access restrictions (e.g. maxspeed / minspeed, thus maxheight / minheight)
- can't be confused with actual heights which are tagged height/min_height.

Hi,
to me this tag looked like something made up of the words "food" and "map", like it happens so often with this kind of keys.

I changed it back. Sorry!

Hi,
could you explain the meaning of this new key? What does 'hole_num' on a forest mean?

Thanks!

Welcome to OSM!
You added many tags that are not used by anybody else.
In OSM we have to use a well-defined set of tags to allow all the software tools to understand the data and e.g. show it on maps.
Please use only keys that are documented in the Wiki or are available as presets in your editor.
Thanks!
