Hallo,
was heißt denn "destination:ref:partial"?

161715688 11 months ago

Hi,
there are a couple of areas with strange tags - where they imported by mistake?
E.g. way/1353964459

I think the pictures you show me fit well for
recycling:metal_packaging
plus
recycling:cans

There seems to be symbol of a cooking pot on the container, but I don't think we have a tag for this yet.

161669112 11 months ago

No, I didn't get another message.

Hi,
"recycling:Pienmetalli" is not used in other places. Could you explain which types of metal this include to find a common tag?

Hi,
I found many keys like
correoelec =
telefono =
sitio web =

Please make sure you use the correct tags for these:
email
phone
website

In OSM we have to use a well-defined set of tags to allow all the software tools to understand the data and e.g. show it on maps.

Hi,
it looks like something went very wrong here. All these nodes don't have any common tag.
Please also check the OSM Import Guidelines to see how imports of objects need to be done:

Hi,
on this traffic sign you introduced 18 new tags that are not used in any other place. A few dozen more are not documented.
Please have a look to the Wiki how traffic signs are commonly mapped - usually about 4-6 Tags are completely sufficient to describe a sign.

Hi,
could you explain what "socket:12V" is? This tag is not used in other places up to now.

Hi,
it looks like you're introducing a large number of new tags and relations here. Where can we find the documentation of them?

161532793 11 months ago

You can always enter tags manually in the "Properties" section using the "+" sign.

E.g. for a salt marsh, the wiki names the right tags:
wetland=saltmarsh

If you have question about tagging, the best place to ask is the forums - maybe show an example and ask for tagging suggestions.

Hi,
welcome to OSM!
I see that you added many tags here that are not used in any other place, e.g.

habitat 1
habitat 2
habitat 3
sintaxa

In OSM we have to use a well-defined set of tags to allow all the software tools to understand the data and e.g. show it on maps.
Please use only keys that are documented in the Wiki or are available as presets in your editor.

Also: The "name" tag is only for the actual name of an object, not for a description.

Generating a warning would be slightly complicated, because both versions could be correct:

phone:ES for a number available only in Spain
phone:es for a dedicated number with a Spanish speaking contact

Hi,
please check the fuel tags you added, there are two strange ones that are not used anywhere else:
fuel:Gazole
fuel:PGLc

Hi,
you used the tag 'phone:nz' here. 'nz' refers to the country and not a language. Country codes are written in capital letters, so the correct spelling would be 'phone:NZ'. I just fix a couple of them.

Ich würde den Unsinn als Beleg dafür werten, dass die Beschilderung wie sie im Augenblick ist, nicht so gedacht war und sich eventuell noch ändert.

Objects with the tags @id and id are always duplicates due to uploading objects that have been exported to geojson files before.

Checking again I see that you deleted some of the original objects before. I'm sure I found duplicates yesterday, but now it seems like I was mistaken.

I'll revert this and remove the id/@id tags.

With so many exceptions it might be even better to not use oneway tags at all and simply use access restrictions:

bicycle:backward = yes
mofa:backward = yes
vehicle:backward = destination

Hi,
you used some new tags here: "emergency:type" and similar. Did you mean to use "damage:type"?

161398687 11 months ago

hi,
the features you list here using the new "community_support" tags are commonly tagged as "social_facility":
social_facility=*

The various topics can be added to the social_facility tag using a list of values, separated by semicolons.

Could you check whether this common tagging scheme is applicable?
