I don't see a contradiction to the existing class:bicycle.
My opinion is not the one that counts. The best thing is to have a discussion with a wider group of mappers, e.g. in the forums or on the mailing list.

PS: Do you have a permit to use information from this website for OSM? The page states that "Information collected is not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.", implying that it is not suited for OSM (i.e. compatible with ODbL)

Hi,
what is this about? Experience level for children? We do have several tags for classification already:
class:bicycle
class:bicycle:commute (this could fit)
mtb:scale (mountain trails)

I think the best solution is to make a mapping of your classification to existing tags. This allows existing software (e.g. bicycle routers) to use it right away.

If you want to define a new tag, best practice is to set up a wiki page first (make a proposal) and ask for feedback and discussion.

Hi,
could you review these to objects? Tagging seems weird:

Hi,
"water_street" is a strange tag. Are you looking for water_tank:street?

Hi, welcome to OSM!
you invented several new tags here, for example these:
eastincome 红旗大街
northincome 礼贤路
northlane left|through|ped
southlane left|through|ped

OSM can only work with well-defined tags. Please have a look in the wiki how lanes and intersections are mapped.

Hi,
could you check this node?
www.openstreetmap.org/node/1081202325

hi = tu - not a valid tag
noexit =yes - there is a footway and a service way, but no way that ends here.

Hi,
could you check this building? It has two roof:shape tags.

Hi,
I found many buildings with a spelling mistake: 'demage' instead of 'damage'. Could you check this?

If you want, I can help correcting this.

Hallo,

beschreibu=Mullbraunerde-Buchenwälder
deutsch=typischer Braunerde-Buchenwald
farbe=3.0
forstgrad=0.0
mischform=0.0

Hi,
I found the new tag ''bikeability" in your edits. I think you were looking for "class:bicycle"
class:bicycle=*

Hi,
I noticed these 91 nodes with tags from your GPS:
http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/kAn
I think they are not needed in OSM. Would you mind if I delete them?

Jan

Hi, I found 180 objects like this one:
way/442584084

Most of the "damage:" tags are misspelled and even contradicting each other. This makes the tags rather useless because they can not be shown e.g. on a map.

Hi,
you put a strange tag on this node, could you check it?

The health_specialty tag is already used a few times. A change should be discussed within the proposal / its Talk page.
