could you check the tagging of the restaurants you edited? The values of the tags (e.g. diet, cuisine, opening_hours) must be in English and follow the common tagging schemes (e.g. opening_hours as a fixed syntax that is understood by software).

name:öst kann nicht stimmen - die Kürzel nach name sind immer iso 639 codes für Sprachen. Wenn deutschsprachig, dann also name:de.
Wenn es ein alter Name ist, wie du beschreibst, ist das passende Tag old_name, wie es auch eingetragen ist.

The two tags add2r:housenumber and addr2:street are definitely wrong and should be removed. If the house has two addresses, they have to appear on two different nodes.

This building has two address tags, one is misspelled. Please check which one is correct:

Yes, that 's sufficient. The more special tags like maxgcweight are only needed in special cases, a simple "not heavier than" is just 'maxweight'.
