Is hsb a language code? I can't find it in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes

If it is, the correct tag is destination:lang:XX:backward, see osm.wiki/Proposed_features/Destination_details

the road names here look rather strange - Clarkia Dr, followed by Hibiscus Dr, and again Clarkia Dr - could you check that?

And, this node has a strange tag: node/4441060895 "2 = 4 Hibiscus Drive"

just a comment on destinations in different languages: According to the wiki, languages are added as 'destination:lang:en', not just 'destination:en'

habe in deinen Edits ein paar Tippfehler entdeckt, nach
http://osm.mueschelsoft.de/taginfo/newkeys.htm
sind da (mindestens) diese Tags mit kleinen Tippfehlern:
destination:ref:to:lane
destination:symbol:lane
destination:to:lane
destinations:symbols

Und an way/337022212 habe ich gesehen, fehlt bei einem Tag das ':lanes'. Vielleicht kannst du ja nochmal drüberschauen.
