This might be a good description of the object,
but is not usable in OSM - no software can understand
it. Please have a look at the wiki about common
tags for shops or amenities.

With "foreign tags" I mean tags that are not used in OSM and don't fit to common tagging schemes, like the tag "affichage" you used here.

To get used to the OSM tagging schemes, it's preferable to use an editor like iD in the web browser - it has a huge set of presets and can guide you.

generator:height and generator:rotordiameter are very uncommon tags. The typical tags are

rotor:diameter
height:hub
height

Could you have a look and change that?

Dumping data into OSM for later refinement is not according to the Import Guidelines. I strongly recommend to revert these additions for now. Then you can restart the import once the requirements given in the guidelines have been fulfilled.
