I'd recommend using ref:vcgi or, if you need to be more specific something like

please check all the 'service' tags you used recently. Many are not used in other places.
In OSM we have to use a well-defined set of tags to allow all the software tools to understand the data and e.g. show it on maps.
Have a look to the OSM Wiki to find out which tags are in use.
Please make sure that you only use tags that are documented in the Wiki or are available as presets in your editor.

please check these edits. All the buildings have several foreign tags on them that shouldn't be in OSM, e.g.:

GEOREF_ID=empty
NATUR_CODE=BAT
NATUR_DESC=Habitation
TECH_LEVE=Dérivé (construit)

Please check the Wiki for the description of the 'oneway' key. The value '-1' does not refer to the level of the road.

If your routing software can't handle this value, there is something wrong with your routing software, but not with OSM.

Please use meaningful changeset comments. "неверно" / "wrong" is no helpful information. Especially because there was nothing wrong with these roads that got corrected.
oneway=-1 is uncommon and should be avoided, but not wrong.

What is ТРАКТ? What is the license of this data? Is it compatible with the license requirements of OSM?

I could check a couple of these signs on other images. In all cases most of the tags you used are wrong. I couldn't find anything about maxweight or delivery on any of these images.
In some places I couldn't see any signs at all, and in one case there's even a sign allowing only trucks *above* 7.5t...

- what is the source of this information? The source should be given in the changeset

- what are the actual traffic signs on each of these roads? According to your tags, there have to be at least 4 signs. about weight and weight rating and for hgv and for other traffic. This seems unrealistic.

- please use meaningful changeset comments, not just '1' - this is useless.

Tags wie "operator:glass_bottles" werden sonst nirgends verwendet, und wahrscheinlich auch von keinem Tool ausgewertet. Ich würde dir empfehlen, dort zwei Nodes zu verwenden, je einen für jeden der beiden Container.
