Please check your tags, there are thousands of "addr:municipal" which should be "addr:municipality".

Das "Berliner Konzept" ist soweit eine gute Idee und auch gut ausgearbeitet. (Ein ordentliches Proposal und eine englische Dokumentation wären aber dringend notwendig)

Allerdings sollte man sich dann auch an die dort vorgeschlagenen Tagging-Schemata halten und keine neuen Tags erfinden - "cycleway" gehört an die Straße, aber nicht an einzeln gemappte Radwege. Ansonsten wäre das ein Pfad, der noch zusätzlich am Rand eine Radspur hat, was bei einem cycleway definitiv nicht der Fall ist.

"width:carriageway" ist kein wirklich etabliertes Tag und folgt nicht den (diskutierten und abgestimmten) Verwendungen von "width" als Subtag zur Beschreibung von einem Haupttag.

as well as the 'enforcement' related keys.

And please have a look at the spelling mistakes: ghv -> hgv.

der Key "width:cycleway:buffer:left" entspricht nicht ganz der üblichen Reihenfolge von Key-Bestandteilen.

An einer Straße, die mit "cycleway"-Keys wäre richtig: cycleway:left:buffer:width

Hier ist es aber ein getrennt gemappter Pfad und dessen seitlicher Abstand zur Straße, also kein "cycleway" Key. Hier ist m.M.n. die richtige Lösung:

The 'weather' key doesn't exist either. The common tagging is:

man_made = monitoring_station
monitoring:weather = yes
weather:rain_gauge = yes

This tagging scheme needs the tag "temporary=yes", but not "oneway:temporary=*".

Using 'temporary' as a suffix is not documented anywhere, and is not used in combination with 'oneway' up to now.

Having a 'conditional'-style tag without a time range is not a problem. It's still a valid tag that can be interpreted.

"closed:" ist kein weit verbreiteter Prefix, deswegen habe ich das auf "disused" geändert.
Ob diese Prefixe vor alle Tags oder nur vor das Haupttag kommen - dazu gibt es keinen Konsens. Ich stehe da auf der letzteren Seite.
