The bad news is that the original objects all still exist. These new nodes are plain duplicates of them. This happened for 157000 nodes and 10000 ways....

If it's for catching animals, this could fit:

I would definitely remove the 'shelter' tag, because that is something people search for in case of bad weather.

Last year the common tag was 'ref:cadc:2019' (17000 uses), could you use the 'ref' prefix here as well?

If it's a place were they can get food or water, there are specific tags for this:
