Your building shapes are much bigger than the aerial imagery. Please match exactly the aerial imagery and shape out all buildings.

Hi Carollyn,

I reverted most of your recent OSM additions for the following reasons:

1) the building shapes are far bigger than shown on the imagery
2) none of the building is squared out.

Please match exactly the sat imagery and square buildings out.

Thank you.

Rebecca,

I noticed your building shapes are far bigger (2x - 10) than the aerial imagery. Please narrow down your building shapes.
Ideally, please square out all shapes by pressing the "Q" key.

Thank you.

Ranjit,

I did a lot of corrections on your recent building addtions in Apali Viejo and I delete a few shapes.

For future additions please do the following:
1) match exactly the satellite imagery with the shape. All your shapes were far too big.
2) square all building shapes. 99% of the buildings are square. You can do this by selecting a shape and pressing the "Q" key.
3) Don't connect building shapes to highways or landuse=residental areas.

Just as a note: I probably used significantly more time for this correction than you used to add these building shapes. I did it out of respect for your work, but please improve the quality for your future edits.

Thank you for contributing to OSM Nicaragua.

Hi Praveen,

I'm going to revert you OSM edit. Please use a building shape only for a single building, don't combine several single buildings into one shape. Thank you!

Hi Jitendra,

I noticed that you added quite a lot of new buildings very carefully shaped.

As an additional step, I would suggest that you square the shapes out. It's easy - select one or several shapes and press the "Q" key.
+99% of all buildings are square.

Thank you for your contributions to OSM Nicaragua.

Jezelah,

Your building shapes are far bigger than the imagery. I'm going to delete them.

Joss,

It's me again. Please make single shapes for each building and square them out.
I have to delete your shapes. Creating perfect shapes is much faster than correcting odd shapes. Please work more carefully and follow the rules.
Thank you.

Joss,

I realized that you created several changesets with building shapes which are far too large.
Please narrow down your building shapes and square the shapes with the "Q" key.

Thank you.

Joss,

Your buildings shapes are far too big and don't match the imagery. They are not squared out, include several separate buildings and empty space.
I'm going to delete your additions.

Jezelah,
Most of your building shapes are significantly too big compared to the aerial imagery. Please narrow your shapes to match exactly the aerial imagery.
If possible, try to square out all buildings.
Thanks.

Jezelah,

Most of your building shapes are far bigger than the imagery shown on the aerial imagery. You also combined single buildings into one shape including the yard between them.

Each single building needs a shape which matches exactly the imagery. The buildings should be squared out.

I'm going to revert your edits.

Hi NemiConti

You are combining several single buildings and empty yard into one building.
This is not correct. Each single buildings need a single shape and whenever possible the shapes should be squared out. I'm going to revert you additions, sorry.

Thanks for contributing to OSM Nicaragua.
