There are no sharrows or signage north bound here- I literally ride this every day- nor is there any on the rest of the way to 45th.

My understanding of all the trails in Champlain Heights is that they're pedestrian only- they're sidewalks with extremely limited visibility at times.

Given that whenever cycling is permitted on sidewalks in this city there is signage, the same logic applies here.

Also- this seems to confirm that-

Part of the issue here is that the city would just rather not deal with the area, which means it's ambiguous what the rules are.
