OSM website is now 100% translated to Arabic!
I hope to see soon an option in the main interface to switch the language, or detect the location of the users to change the interface to the suitable language.
Thanks to tomhughes for fixing the bug of plural forms in Arabic, it was pretty fast (only 4 hours). ;-)

It already detects the browser language setting, which is better than using geolocation as it should tell you what that user wants whereas guessing language based on location is really only a very rough heuristic.
Adding a way to manually change language for non-logged in users is on the to do list - the biggest problem is finding space for it in the UI,
