@salvoconducto, if you check @Mapanauta mapping record, from a data contributor's point of view, it's a casual mapper contributing once or twice a month to the database, with 60 changesets since October 2018, but is obviously active in different ways, possibly even more relevant to OSM as well as to HOT.
(@Mapanauta, maybe you could link your other OSM-related profiles to your profile, so all your contributions become visible in your neis-one page.) (https://neis-one.org/2016/05/verified-osm-contributors/)

(yo veo continuidad entre Way: Coronado Golf (375180704) y Way: Coronado Golf Course (375180703))

have a look at the current extension and improve with local knowledge if necessary. changeset:114041423

is there a fence?

that's fine. for a very complete example, you might want to check this one: way/217619432

regarding way:1004754859 (El Alcazar), it's best not to join areas with ways, and I think that you really want to represent the building, right? there's ways to describe complex buildings like this one, with the "simple 3D" tagging style. I do not master it enough for telling you how to use it. please do check the osm.wiki/Simple_3D_Buildings wiki page, and my guess is that you will have even more questions after reading that page. I would then try here: https://help.openstreetmap.org/

if you're not afraid of a more complete editing program, you might want to have a look at https://josm.openstreetmap.de/

a common beginners mistake is to look at a specific rendering and trying to optimise tagging based on that result. however, OSM is a geographic database where we can represent reality at such a detailed level, that no single renderer can put it all in the result. also, renderers are updated and start acknowledging more of the information we put in the database. so it's best to tag reality accurately even if it is not shown in the "standard map".

is it one golf course, with its several holes, or is it several distinct courses?

hola bienvenido a OSM. es normal hacer errores como principiante. mejorarse es fácil, revisando la wiki, siguiendo tutoriales, preguntando en los varios canales de comunicación disponibles.

hi. it's always a good thing, to have people active locally. here in Panamá it's also a rare opportunity. I see you still have limited experience, would you stay in contact with the rest of the OSM community? coordinating and optimizing tagging. https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewforum.php?id=61

You enjoy guessing, don't you! I would not correct anything without knowing what is correct.

But: »Don't focus on the rendering.«

94235912 about 4 years ago

I would ask on some support group or forum for help finding the best tag. Or look for a similar physical object in a notoriously well mapped area, like Germany, or France, or the UK.

hi. thanks for the feedback! The last point is a known problem here in Panamá. Regarding the procedure, »extracted the UTM coordinates and created points in qgis«, you mean copy-paste and having QGis make the UTM→Geographic conversion?

114004311 about 4 years ago

hey, I commented to your second edit, while this was the relevant one, which I had not seen. translating the text of the Gaceta Oficial into a polygon isn't easy. have you seen the two Wiki page I have written on this subject? osm.wiki/ES:Panama/Protected_Areas
it would be very nice if you shared your mapping experience, so we can improve the current practices.

hey, thanks for the edit.
which maproulette is it?

hi. your comment made me quite curious. what do you mean "added new comarca", in particular since you did not add new administrative divisions, just edited the already existing.
