acuérdate de "cuadrar" los edificios, está la tecla Q para eso.

hola. thanks for adding information to OSM. do you think you could have a look at your settings? you are adding names almost systematically as 'name:fr', without specifying the name 'tout court'. for example here "Hotel mirador del lago". this is probably the untranslatable name of the hotel, not its French name.

btw: you have added two distinct nodes for that hotel.

IMO there's a hidden assumption in your reasoning, and that consists in assuming that (all of) the population of a "corregimiento" is concentrated at a hamlet. this might be (partially) so in countries with fairly high urban concentration (like neighbouring Colombia), it is very much **not** the case in Panama.
so it's not so that I "feel that the location is incorrect": I actually suspect that there isn't any hamlet for many of these polygons.
we should ask people who live in the area, or have visited it recently. I'll see what I can do about this last part.

hi. I'm sorry to say, but I'm afraid that your contributions create a false sense of "mappedhood". I checked some of your hamlets and for most of them I found no corresponding group of buildings that can explain the placing of the node.
maybe we simply cannot use the logic you used, and we should undo?

oh, I would not include the "(en construcción)" in the name. that's a descriptive use of the name.

hi. from the aerial picture I don't see it. is the bridge already there, but (obviously) not yet working as railway? maybe you want to tag it as construction:railway=monorail, that is, adding the corresponding life cycle prefix.

about buildings… I generally tend not to join them reusing nodes: I've observed that there's always a gap between the roofs of adjacent buildings in urban areas like this.
also, I'm afraid that we should really be mapping the footprint of the *building*, not of the *roof*. that's a whole challenge for our area! my approach is to just slightly underestimate the building.

rivers should flow either to the coastline or into an other river. in OSM lakes, lagoons, and tidal areas (on the land-side of the coastline) are crossed by waterways, to indicate how water from tributary streams flows across the lake, into the outflow river.
