I always try to reflect reality from a mapping and guidance perspective when tagging these complex interchanges. As a user is traveling on I-83 North they come to a decision point where they need to keep left to stay on I-83 North or keep right to take exit 46 toward Hershey. I do agree that the left segment should be tagged as a motorway_link. Since the road segment to the right is not a named road segment, has an exit number, and connects I-83 North to US-322 East - that is why I tagged it as a motorway_link. The map looks appropriate and so does the guidance - for example:
1: Drive east on I 83 North.
2: Keep right to take exit 46B onto US 322 East toward Hershey.
3: You have arrived at your destination.

However, I do not think that every road segment that has a numbered exit should be a tagged with motorway_link - an example would be I-895 South (way/6009977#map=16/39.3222/-76.5308) in Baltimore. When the highway bifurcates - both the left and right segments are high speed named roads - therefore, tagging as a motorway_link does not make sense for this case.

You are incorrectly tagging the highway links with a name tag. Could you please revert the changesets that were made to fix issues with OsmAnd app.

I fixed the interchange tags as follows:
Fixed destination:ref to include type (US) and direction (South) as needed. Palisades Park is a location and not a street - therefore, changed the destination:street to destination tag and spelled out Pk

These chnages are incorrect - you removed the ref and added a destination:ref on this way.
1) This way needs the ref of I 495.
2) The previous way has the destination:ref of I 495 where the actual split occurs - this way does not need the destination:ref
I updated both of these issues
