"Its a construction site for a hotel, now"
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Die "Besucherzone" am See ist komplett gesperrt. Es ist nur noch möglich die Straße (durchgezogene braune Linie) zu benutzen. Die Nutzung als Badesee hat überhand genommen, so daß die Gemeinde jetzt einen Zaun aufgestellt hat. Die jetzige Beschriftung ist irreführend und kann weiterhin Menschen anlocken. Baden ist nicht mehr möglich. bitte alle gestrichelten Pfade löschen und auch der braun gestrichelte Weg ist als Durchgang gesperrt.

There is a fence around the parking except to the East where there is a gate. I think this part of the path does not connect to the street anymore.
