Yahoo Japan/ALPS data import

I wrote about importing data from Yahoo Japan and some mappers gave me advises not to import others data.

I'm not good at English, so it is not easy for me to explain the situation, but some Japanese OSM users made English page about this.

Yahoo Japan/ALPS data import project is going on here in Japan. And it is not illegal.

I recently trying to import Yahoo highway data of the area not so far from my home.

But I often fail to upload data. Uploading suddenly stop before I finish.
Such a case always happen in night time, 9 to 11 pm JST.

I can't find out what's wrong. I think it's not because of my computer but my provider's line or OSM's server.

Anyway I 'm so often failed to upload data that I can't feel to try to upload ner data.
