access make only sense if there is a highway.
no router use a waterway for pedestrian routing and on a printed map, no one will use a waterway for hiking.

I do not cancelled any `highway=path` from this waterway(check history)!
If this is a dangerous Levada, feel free to add highway=path and access=no(perhaps also a osm.wiki/Tag:note=...).

because a `waterway=ditch` no need a access key.
if there is a `highway=path` through the tunnel, the highway can be tagged with `access=no` but not the waterway!

Jetzt wo du das erwähnst, glaube ich auch, dass die `enforcement=` getrennt voneinander und als separate Relation erfasst werden sollten.
Die Ampelblitzer blitzen logischerweise auch wenn man nur mit 20km/h bei Rot über die Kreuzung fährt.
So wie ich dass hier erfasst habe, kann es so interpretiert werden, dass man mit 20km/h nicht geblitzt wird wenn man bei Rot fährt, was natürlich falsch ist.
Bei Rot wird immer geblitzt und wenn man zu schnell fährt(egal ob Rot, Orange oder Grün) wird man auch geblitzt.

Ich kann das in einer Woche noch mal überarbeiten, da ich es momentan zeitlich nicht schaffe. Vllt ändere ich dann auch die Fahrspuren.

Falls ich es doch vergessen sollte, kannst du mir gerne eine kurze PN schicken.

Habe den Blitzer wieder an die Position gesetzt wo du ihn hattest.
Hier hätte ich wohl erst die Fahrtrichtungen einzeln erfassen sollen und erst dann die Blitzer-Relation. Dann könnte man auch erkennen, dass das Gerät in der Mitte steht und nicht am Rand.
Jetzt ist es wohl etwas komplizierter ohne die Blitzer kaputt zu machen oder sie wieder neu zu erfassen....

wenn die Baustelle nur 1-2 Wochen besteht und die Straßenführung nachher wieder genauso ist wie sie vorher war ist es unnötig die Minnibaustelle in OSM zu erfassen.

Der tag `construction=minor` kann für Baustellen (z.B. Fahrbahnverbreiterung oder -erneuerung) auf existierenden Straßen verwendet werden, wenn diese nicht gesperrt werden. Ebenso wird der Wert des Schlüssels highway beibehalten und NICHT auf `highway=construction` oder `access=no` gesetzt.

So wie ich es sehe, ist es unmöglich dass man sich hier verfahren kann, und deshalb wäre ein `construction=minor` vollkommen ausreichend.
Die K 62 ist schon seit einiger Zeit mit `access=no` erfasst und überschneidet sich jetzt mit deiner "Baustelenumleitung"
Des weiteren ist die "Baustellenumleitung" nicht mit dem richtigen highway key erfasst und ebenso fehlt der tag `bridge=yes`.

Bitte um Rückantwort, da ich sonst die Änderung Rückgängig machen werde, da die Ergänzung sowieso unnötig war/ist.

Die Passer wird so erfasst:

Bitte denke bei deinen zukünftigen Änderungen in Südtirol daran dass wir uns in Südtirol an dieses Schema halten.

If you cut the road, one part will be a "new way" there is no other option to cut/split a road! Not in Potlatch2, iD or Josm

Es gibt in Afers und Gufidaun keine Straßennamen!
Als Adresse wird immer derName des Dorfes/vom Ort verwendet.
So wie es vor deinen Änderungen war, war es zu 100% richtig!

In Afers gibt es keine Straße die "Afers" heißt!

There are a lot of tagging what are used only in one country or only by one user or as a not good preparation before data import.
So I think we should not add a new "nonsense" tagging to the OSM database.

I changed the brand now to "Firmin".
There is a pole with the name on it.

How will we handle the osm.wiki/Tag:name=... of the fuel stations?
I think a lot of user will have a name on the fuel station, because brand is not rendered(I know the rule to not map for the renderer).

I think the name should also be fixed during this imports/edits. We should have a unified tagging in Italy, not everything mixed, because actually are some stations without name, some with the name from the brand/operator and some with the name of the rest area near the motorways.
