if you have a GPX-track on your mobile device open vespucci, click the hamburger menue in the top right corner, hit the plus (+) button and then you can add a GPX layer with the desired file from your mobile device.
Anything else? Hit people up in one of the signal groups:
You can for example simply open the GPX file in a file explorer (which will ask you if you want to open it in Vespucci) or manually add a layer as has already been suggested or download a track from OSM.
