Posted by kruget on 26 November 2025 in English.

Log in again to this web interface because i cant find an easy way to open GPX using Vespucci in Android.

Anyone editing OSM using Android? Please suggest better alternative than Vespucci.

Thank you.

Hi, I can’t comment on anything in particular, but there is a list of editors here:- osm.wiki/Comparison_of_editors

Hello kruget,

if you have a GPX-track on your mobile device open vespucci, click the hamburger menue in the top right corner, hit the plus (+) button and then you can add a GPX layer with the desired file from your mobile device.

Anything else? Hit people up in one of the signal groups:

International (thus mainly English speaking) https://signal.group/#CjQKILIetPA3WXtxBviWl51bw4NreGFohafujQgdW4h-gd6REhAQIikHj5myiIj5hjqOWyZw

happy mapping

You can for example simply open the GPX file in a file explorer (which will ask you if you want to open it in Vespucci) or manually add a layer as has already been suggested or download a track from OSM.
