typo of czech VAT number ref:ico, checked, changed.

I am a local and I have checked it twice. It seems strange, but there is just 20 meters of one way, just for regulation of traffic on Square. This regulation is even conditional, it will be reevaluated by traffic authorities in summer 2025.

Probably by mistake, I just start try editing multipolygons...
