Bootlegger's Run Trail

Posted by kc0nlh on 8 May 2014 in English.

I have roughed out the trail however the sources of info on it are rather lacking I have only managed to conduct a gpx survey of a tiny portion of the trail and the vast majority of the rest of the trail is plotted by extrapolation. some sources of info I have found about the trail are [ http://www.stlalldogs.com/node/3767 ] , [ http://www.stlouisco.com/ParksandRecreation/Trails/CreveCoeurTrails ] and [ http://gorctrails.com/trails/creve-coeur-lake] however it’s most likely best to have a comprehensive first hand gpx survey.

Have you tried the Strava activity heat map alongside their Slide tool? There are enough points to plot the trails: http://labs.strava.com/routing-errors/#250/16/-90.47567/38.71693

To use: 1. Click on the edit button (page with a pencil icon in the upper right) 2. Go through OSM login process 3. Draw line that roughly follow the heatmap 4. Select line 5. Press slide button on menu that pops up.

It’s an awesome tool for this!
