Sorry for that mistake. I was mapping using StreetComplete while walking, and apparently mis-clicking the roof:levels field. So (I am not in Munich) I can only guess it meant building:levels=2 roof:levels=1, but as I cannot confirm, I am happy and thankful for your correction!
