missing country borders

Recently I noticed some missing country borders in Africa (Burkina Faso, Guinea and others) and decided to add the missing ones with the help of maplibrary.org...

I added in some of the Africa borders from maplibrary myself a while back. I was a little concerned that some of them would be disputed/changeable so I only added in the fairly stable countries. That said, I guess we can always change borders later if there are problems/errors.
