Correction - either highway=path or highway=cycleway would be fine, but highway=footway would not be for this

As well as not putting the PROW reference in the name, ( prow%20ref=*?uselang=en-GB), you've changed the highway type from cycleway to footway. The last time I was here, this was signposted as a cycleway, so highway=cycleway is correct (the highway type does not necessarily follow the right of way type, which is instead recorded in the "desingnation" tag). e.g. way/543379631/history/21
