Here the streets have been split into one block long strips, like nowhere else on OSM. It seems like a hack to increase labels.

Minxueng Township
is not based on any correct pinyin system.

Yuanchang Township should be Yuanzhang Township.

changeset/148621033 in fact shows more pieces of this abandoned rail line that you might want to extend.
