Agree -- it looks like this frontage road is referred to as MLK Jr Pkwy in surveys as recently as 2012. (Search TIDRICKS ADDITION on landrecords.polkcountyiowa.gov for these public records.)

Thanks! Most of the buildings I add are originally from the Microsoft buildings dataset via the mapwithai plugin, and then I adjust them by hand to more closely match the available imagery. Those get tagged with source=microsoft/BuildingFootprints. This changeset was all hand-traced, though, as the condo outlines were complicated enough that I wouldn't have saved much time starting with the Bing buildings. I then add building types and addresses, and levels where it's obvious.

I think that Wikipedia information is probably correct, but that's specifically for the stretch of I-35 in Texas, not Iowa, where these edits were made.

I don't see where Cotulla is a valid destination here... that's another city way further south on I-35. There were a number of other edits around Des Moines with similar updates that reference other Texas towns, too.
