please note that names need to be proper names, not descriptions. So we can't name a farmland "Farmland" as we can't name a bench with name=Bench ecc.

c'è un po' di confusione a queste coordinate: 45.02114 7.81050

Ci sono due benzinai diversi, mappati quattro volte. Due paia di nodi e due paia di aree con tre ref:mise differenti (due elementi hanno ref:mise duplicato).

Dovrebbe esserci un solo elemento OSM per benzinaio (io terrei l'area essendo piu' dettagliata del nodo). Tu che hai conoscenza locale riesci a sistemare i ref:mise magari?

Ok, I think you are referring to the 4a (relation/9584949) and 4b (relation/9585794) stages.

The Wikipedia page states:
"In Italy, the EV8 goes through Turin, Piacenza (EV5), Mantua (EV7), Ferrara, Venice, and Trieste (EV9)." Piacenza is on the south of the Po River for example.
