The OpenStreetMap community has a concept called "Any tags you like" osm.wiki/Any_tags_you_like . Even if there is no software out there that recognizes a tag, it's still okay to use an undocumented tag, as long as the mapping is physical and verifiable. In this case, mapper Minh Nguyen wanted to indicate that this intersection disallows turning right when the traffic light is red. This fact can be verified by signs at the intersection. There is no documented tag to indicate this, so he invented one. This is allowed by the OpenStreetMap community. There's also nothing wrong, necessarily, with deleting this from the map, but I believe it to be valuable information, and its removal harmful.

Oh, I misread. You said "OSRM", not "OSM." Still, just because OSRM doesn't support a tag doesn't mean that it should be removed.

What do you mean "can't be recognised by osm correctly"? There's no such thing as a disallowed OSM tag. If you mean that there is software that does not correctly handle the relation, the software should be updated rather than the tagging changed.

Unfortunately, there are some issues with your change: The cycleway that you added crosses many roads without an intersecting node, which the editor should have warned you about. More importantly though, it's convention in OpenStreetMap to only map roads or paths if they're physically separated, so a bike lane doesn't really count. The bike lane is actually already mapped as part of the main road--if you look at the tags, you can see it has "cycleway=lane", so a separate way is not needed.

Another false re-tag. It would also be helpful to be more descriptive of your changes in the description, something like "Removed highway=priority"

The same thing, again. Making changesets cover only a single node results in hundreds of changes that are hard to review.

I have to ask the same thing about this changeset. highway=priority seems perfectly reasonable and helpful for this node. Why did you remove it?

Why did you remove the highway=priority tag? As documented on the wiki at highway=stop#Tag_the_priority_junction_node , it's used to indicate an intersection where some traffic must stop and prioritize other traffic, which seems appropriate here.

Is this correct? I don't remember these freeways being toll roads. Maybe you meant something like toll=no + toll:express=yes, to cover FasTrak lanes.
