Changeset When Comment

I've reverted this and two of your other changesets, 125093202 and 125092986. Please keep to the designated task area when working on HOT tasks, and don't map buildings inside other existing buildings.

I've fixed the tagging in changeset/124837285 , but I've left the common species name in species:en and have not added species= or species:wikidata.

Please use more descriptive changeset messages. "Tagging" could mean anything. "Update outdated tags" or "Added trees" might be better.

As long as the storefront still exists, it's better to keep the address data and just remove the store information.

Especially for such a large changeset area, please write more descriptive changeset comments. Here are some guidelines: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

Yes, that's allowed, and again thank you for your contribution! "null" is a term that frequently shows up in computer errors, so I was initially suspicious.

Hello and thank you for contributing to OpenStreetMap. What do you mean by "from null"? If this is a machine-generated change, please note that such changes are subject to rules: osm.wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct

Thanks for contributing to OpenStreetMap. Please remember to save your changes in one local area before moving to another, to keep the bounding box small. Also, "Update name" seems to be a misleading changeset message since I don't see that you changed the name of either feature edited.

OpenStreetMap represents what currently physically exists. If it hasn't been torn down yet, it shouldn't be deleted.

For such a large changeset, it would be helpful to either be more detailed about what you added or changed (like is this just a routine update of outdated tags, adding businesses from a survey, or something else?), or split it into smaller changesets.

Thanks!

Please make sure you save your work in one area before moving on to another, to avoid create large changeset bounding boxes. Additionally, and especially for changes as large as this, please write a descriptive changeset comment. osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

"service=parking_aisle" is for the aisles up and down a parking lot, but the parking here is street-side and not in the whole area. I think "highway=service" without any "service" qualification was correct. service=*

What is a DCW?

In changeset/123408943, I restored the wikidata tag you deleted. Please don't delete tags that are still accurate.

It's only a name if it's regularly referred to that way by itself. Identifiers such as numbers or letters should go in the "ref" tag: ref=*

123177785 over 3 years ago

Please, as I've already mentioned, the "name" tag should only contain the actual name of a feature. None of these trees are actually named "Pine," for instance. Additionally, things that have been removed in real life should be removed from the map, not titled "removed." See here for more information: osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don.27t_use_name_tag_to_describe_things

When editing "*:lanes" tags, make sure that ALL tags ending in "*:lanes" refer to the same number of lanes. Here, you removed a lane from the "turn:lanes" tag but the "change:lanes" tag still refers to one more.
