| 172562859 | 3 months ago | We can map ways in a park: they could be useful as a shortcut, and Esri World Imagery shows that the ways exist. |
| 171456433 | 3 months ago | Most of the numbers from the Register of National Roads (1998) that did not appear in the 1963 list were for statistical use only, from what I can remember. For example, the ΕΟ110 in the 1998 list refers to what is now the Α6 Attiki Odos. I have to refer you to https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/road-classification-system-talk-poll/74967 to see how complicated it is and how it led to a lot of disagreements between editors. If you have questions, you can start a new discussion in the community forum. |
| 171456433 | 3 months ago | kiwi75, not all of the numbers from the Register of National Roads (1998) are used in practice, such as the ΕΟ102 and ΕΟ111. Such numbers belong to "ref:esye"=*. I know I got to update the documentation at osm.wiki/Greece/National_Roads, but some of the decrees used are complicated. |
| 171782797 | 3 months ago | Concerns has been raised about this changeset, which used an editing practice similar to a blocked user (slip road layout by the roundabout not reflecting reality). Please see https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/report-vandalism-or-concerns-about-edits-here/4223/217.

| 171855403 | 3 months ago | The way the motorway exit is placed and tagged is fine: please see placement=transition on how it works. |
| 171603148 | 3 months ago | Fizzie-DWG, It may be necessary to revert all of Michel Castano’s changesets from 3 September 2025, because I do not know which of the edits are affected by the deletion of highway information or not. I am worried that without a revert, the broken data will pass on to services that use OSM, and cause problems for people in Honduras using those services. |
| 171603148 | 3 months ago | Please pause your speed limits edits immediately and check the "Speed Limit Updater" software you are using: we have reason to believe that the software you are using for these edits is broken, because it is deleting other highway tags. |
| 171521882 | 3 months ago | They are still doing it: way/388777934 - at this point it's pure vandalism combined with questionable sources. |
| 171540003 | 3 months ago | This is a live map and it is not the place to make test edits: please use https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org or https://opengeofiction.net (readme: https://wiki.opengeofiction.net/index.php/OpenGeofiction:Getting_started) for that. |
| 171521882 | 3 months ago | Not only that, but your edits deleted road information (e.g. way/29313313). |
| 171494254 | 4 months ago | The size of the bounding box was unavoidable since the ferry routes had to be moved to the newly-mapped berthing positions. Otherwise the routing would break. |
| 171190427 | 4 months ago | Hello, it is worth noting that Esri is our aerial imagery of choice: it is the layer that is in many cases the most recent from our experience. |
| 171269881 | 4 months ago | This changeset was reverted because the change in classification of a local road is against consensus: please see osm.wiki/Greece/Highways |
| 170983784 | 4 months ago | Hello, I need to advise that you need to leave better changeset comments than just random letters, because without one people will have to guess what you were changing, and then there would be an increased risk of people mistaking your changesets for a bad edit. The latter is because we recently dealt with a different user who made bad or fictional edits, and evaded blocks and questions from the community by using many sockpuppet accounts. |
| 170914355 | 4 months ago | Sadly, there was nothing I could do to control the bounding box in JOSM, since ferry routes have to be a single way regardless of how long it is. |
| 170585258 | 4 months ago | I advise that you need to leave a better changeset comment than just a full stop, because without one people will have to guess what you were changing, and then there would be an increased risk of people mistaking your changesets for a bad edit. The latter is because we are currently dealing with a different user who is making bad or fictional edits, and evading blocks and questions from the community by using many sockpuppet accounts.

| 170500042 | 4 months ago | Hello, since the data used Bing Aerial Imagery, they are totally fine and I have reinstated the data with modifications to road access information. However, Esri World Imagery is our aerial imagery of choice because they are often the most recent.

| 170500042 | 4 months ago | Hello, where is the disagreement that led you to delete the objects? I don't think we delete objects because it is not open to the public.
|
| 170367495 | 4 months ago | BTW, the size of the bounding box is because a sockpuppet of Delta Evas ALL added ways directly to the main E55 relation (according to relation/21572/history/1599), instead of one of the country. Combined with fake junction layouts and other bad mapping, it is clear that the Delta Evas ALL intends to cause disruption to the project, mixing them with legitimate edits to confuse others. |
