Sadly I could not keep way/317610591, v1, because unlike way/317610579, v1 and the plausible lane information sans bus lanes, it had no new information and it basically duplicated an existing road on the way.

Regent Street is already mapped very well. Not that it's a bad thing, but duplicate ways for the same street can cause inconsistencies. However, I id move the lane data, adjusted for the existence of bus lanes to changeset/27612575. For lanes=*, we count the total number of lanes, rather than just the ones that normal cars can use.

What is the source and licence for the GDDKiA information? The source cannot be in copyright.
