almost 11 years ago | Just in case you don't know what this is in response to, please see osm.org/user_blocks/632. TL;DR: reverting damaged caused by mass changing of classifications of Greeks roads without a good reason or consultation.
almost 11 years ago | I have no idea about how way/335286473 could be a short motorroad. While usage should be considered, such dramatic transitions, if that term is right, ruins the quality of the map. Please be more careful about the massive changes to road classifications without giving a good reason and seeking second opinion from others like me, but such changes I see right now is what I cannot agree with because it ruins the quality of our map.
almost 11 years ago | Hi, please use changeset comments, because I do not know what is going on, whether you are remapping the area later or something else. Thanks.
almost 11 years ago | Hi, OSM is a live map: if you want to do tests, then you could use JOSM and Maperitive, or OpenGeoFiction.
almost 11 years ago | Hi, EO48 used to go via Amfissa, but it has since been diverted. It appears that you have used an old source (Greek law ΦΕΚ Β 319/23.7.1963) without considering recent developments as I have done.
almost 11 years ago | I kindly enquire as to where are the official sources that show that this part of EO1 has become PEO1? (sorry for my use of Latin characters out of hurry) Kindly note that the A1 has not completely replaced EO1.
almost 11 years ago | Hi, where are the "official sources" that prove that the EO1 went to Thessaloniki and not Evzoni?
almost 11 years ago | It looks as if you have deleted quite a lot of nodes and changed the road's ref from the National EO2 to the European E86, whereas the ref is for national numbers. You wouldn't mind explaining the reason why? Amaroussi.
almost 11 years ago | Ed's note: should be "Boundary", not "Coundary"! XD
almost 11 years ago | See osm.wiki/Ordnance_Survey_Opendata for more info about OS OpenData StreetView. OS OpenData StreetView is not a replacement for checking against existing OSM data.
almost 11 years ago | Shouldn't the message when uploading via iD be: "All changes you upload as (user) will be visible on all maps that use OpenStreetMap data. "This is not your own private map. Please don't save test changes or edits for personal use only, or delete anything irrelevant to your edits."
almost 11 years ago | You appear to have deleted a whole area without a reason. If it was not intentional, please be careful. If it was deliberate, we'd rather you would not be that reckless.
almost 11 years ago | Oh, sorry, I posted the comment to the wrong changeset.
almost 11 years ago | You appear to have deleted a whole area without a reason.
about 11 years ago | Sadly I could not keep way/317610591, v1, because unlike way/317610579, v1 and the plausible lane information sans bus lanes, it had no new information and it basically duplicated an existing road on the way.
about 11 years ago | Regent Street is already mapped very well. Not that it's a bad thing, but duplicate ways for the same street can cause inconsistencies. However, I id move the lane data, adjusted for the existence of bus lanes to changeset/27612575. For lanes=*, we count the total number of lanes, rather than just the ones that normal cars can use.
| 27359431 | about 11 years ago | What is the source and licence for the GDDKiA information? The source cannot be in copyright.
|
about 11 years ago | Hi, please, at least you could describe how you changed the map: even "junction details added" (in your language) would do fine. Machine translation to Polski: Witam, proszę, przynajmniej można opisać, w jaki sposób zmieniło mapę: nawet "dane połączeniowe dodane" (w języku polskim) zrobi dobrze.
about 11 years ago | St. Margaret's Crescent (8128772) doesn't appear to be a secondary road, and I can't find a reasonably sized hospital at Malbrook Road.
about 11 years ago | A by-product of all the District line photo research trips I have done over the months.
