Removed tree rows (it's not possible to map them all and they really don't add information, so I decided to just leave them out for now) and improved detail at the elementary school.

Sorry to make so many changes in one save. I added the most recent church to Gateway, updated the other churches, and added some miscellaneous small roads and features.

Added rest of houses for Cypress Cay: driveways, pools, fences, and some 3D info (WIP). Plan is for this area to become a model for other 3D residential areas.
