adding the central park area of the campus.

minor edits, added a building accross the street, some traffic restrictions. Still working on FSW

More statues, fixed addresses.

all the paths are finally done, and the building outlines appear to be set. Now I've begun to set the standards for crossings and other features.

More editing of paths at FSW. I also added some stairs and bathrooms, and added some of the restricted roads,gates, and walls.
