When I fetsched this road from a tiler-database with JDBC, the tags-array in planet_osm_ways had an uneven number of elements. The value of the name-tag was missing. In the database, the name was just U+3000, ICONOGRAPHIC SPACE). Maybe a bug in JDBC or somewehere else in the toolchain.
