osmose issue: fix up multipolygon error I made years ago

added a few businesses found while researching locksmith that had a failed attempt at adding their business

changed category for veterinary, it's a pet hospital, not a people hospital

cut down more trees for new res area

cleared out trees that were cleared out to make a residential neighborhood, also added

moved street based on osm note

make all the road names the same, add "drive" designator that matches tiger

added taco bell for osm note

definitely not a roundabout. Not a circle. Just looks round.

added missing roundabout and some road alignment.

changed slightly for osm note to make it clear it's an unmarked crossing for pedestrian traffic

added parking lot polygons for large wallyworld lot, straighten and updated parking lot road hierarchy so that structure is presented
