parking lots should be parking lots, not parking spaces. Cleaned up strange multipolygon that made the parking lots not part of the commercial area which is not correct. Added some more parking lots.

building tweaks. Also changed some unnamed residential roads to service roads for the school to ward off any SC users from trying to name them...
