the v1 building=roof i checked shows no dupe nodes, so looks okay.
also, potlatch2 on the shared nodes with `/' toggles the school and the roof without a third intermediate, so methinks you are good to go here.

'course, i could be wrong.

driveways are fine to map, and if you look far away enough, you will see places where every private driveway shows on the map.

if you agree, i can revert this in order that your original driveways re-appear. the osm rule is that if something exists, it can show on the map, and over time, this level of detail will be the norm.

various members of OSM [*]WGen have chimed in on a diary entry end of april that i am not patient enough to dig out with this morning's diary spam in chinese (bengali, hah!) apparently iphone/ios related, to explain this does not meet the philosophy of the community as cow-orking individuals as part of a team.

strictly speaking, i no longer qualify any more than a throwaway-email abusing spammer, and will happily sacrifice my occasional contributions/vandalism to enforcement of a rule of immediate contactability, but that is just me.

i don't want to see osm turned into the uselessness of google maps of ten years ago near me with lots of data, none of which within a km of the correct location.

after my previous revert, i viewed this changeset at https://nrenner.github.io/achavi/?changeset=69634260 (beta achavi) with a pale OSM background to better see the present map data against the deleted items.
what i see appears to show the deleted roads redrawn (with what looks to be the wrong category for presumed residential drives).
so with my poor present connectivity, i will resist a revert as it would probably mess things up worse than now. (analysis where a previous 3-second screen refresh is now 30-plus seconds is Not Fun. i am a masochist but have boundaries...)

as always, thanks for keeping an eye on mass deletions.

also, in way/245822364 the word `glas' is not part of the british englisch lingua franca of osm (and may not even be correct when spelt dif'rently)

unfortunately, the archive Bing layer (called Clarity) is the oldest, probably a decade old now, and all the other imageries show nothing, and those are at most a few years old. None of them show any hints of a substation, so it has not been there for some years, and looks to have served as a parking space since then. DG shows the state after removal, not before construction.
ESRI shows this very plainly.
The misleadingly-named Clarity layer gives no clue as to its archival status, but up until a few years ago was the imagery offered by microsoft at z19 before they decided it was too old and they now offer a much poorer quality imagery from DG but newer.

in short, anything seen only in the archival Clarity layer is long gone, as is the case for this former substation.
